What hours are you open?

Our General Practice service is open Mon – Fri 8:45am – 4:30pm and our A&M Service is open 7 days 8am – 8pm

How do I make an appointment?

You can either call us on 07) 834 0333 after 8.30am or come in to the clinic to make an appointment.

What if I can’t afford to pay at the time of my visit?

It is a policy of Victoria Clinic that patients pay at the time of their visit unless prior arrangement has been made. However, if you are unable to pay, we will have a nurse assess you to decide if you need to see the doctor or not. If she believes, you need medical treatment, then we can give you an account to take


Eligibility to see doctor

Do I need to make an appointment to be seen by a doctor?

To be seen by a doctor through our General Practice service, an appointment is necessary. However, our Urgent Care service operates on a drop-in basis, where no appointment is necessary, but please be aware that there may be a waiting time involved

Can I still see a doctor there, even if I’m not enrolled with Victoria Clinic?

We provide appointments to our enrolled patients with our experienced doctors and nurses between 8.45am and 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
However if you are not enrolled you can still be seen through our Urgent Care Clinic for urgent matters. For routine matters you are encouraged to see your own GP.

Can I see a doctor at Victoria Clinic if I am just visiting New Zealand?

Patients who are visiting New Zealand and not eligible for funding are still able to be seen by our doctors, however, they are not eligible for any discount and will have to pay the full charge for their visit.



What if I’m not happy or have feedback about the service at Victoria Clinic?

There are many ways in which to provide feedback to us, or if you do not wish to provide feedback directly to us, there are other avenues for making complaints. Please see our ‘Compliments/Complaints/Comments’ page for further details.
