Victoria Clinic’s mission is to aim to offer all patients with an efficient, professional and friendly medical service in a culturally safe and caring environment.

We are an ACC accredited medical centre that can offer patients both general practice and Urgent Care services. The Urgent Care Clinic is strictly a drop in service. We accept both enrolled and casual patients and can provide patients with comprehensive healthcare, with a range of health services available onsite.

Victoria Clinic also recognises the importance of helping with the education of doctors and nurses and works along side education providers to help in the training of future doctors and nurses and are also registered as a teaching practice with the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners to further develop the skills of doctors.

Test results

Most results are back within a day or two. We will inform you if the test result is abnormal. If you do not hear from us, you are most welcome to contact us to get these results.

Patient portal

As a registered Victoria Clinic patient and if you are 18 or older, you can register for the manage my Health Patient Portal. You will be able to make an appointment through this portal.
