As a registered Victoria Clinic patient and if you are 18 or older you can register for the Manage My Health Patient Portal.
You will be able to make an appointment through this portal.
To sign up for a patient portal, talk to your GP, receptionist, a nurse or the Medical Centre Assistant (MCA) at Victoria Clinic and they will then get you set up with a secure username and password. This must be done in person and you will be asked for photo ID e.g. driver license.
What happens after I sign up?
After signing up, you’ll have access to a range of different tools that you can use to manage your health.
You will have access to your test results, will be able to order a repeat prescription, make an appointment, email the nurse or your GP. As your patient portal is an extension of your GP’s current services, you can trust that it is secure, your information will remain totally confidential and your portal is protected by your own unique password.
When you’re finished using your portal, simply log out of your account.
